Graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Gold received his law degree in 1983 from San Francisco’s respected Hastings College of the Law. With over twenty years in the practice of law, including tenure as a Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Gold is a member of the prestigious National College for DUI Defense and the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations.

Nigel Roy Witham is an honors graduate in Law from the University of Warwick in England. He has tried over one hundred criminal cases in his twenty years of practice as a defense attorney in England and California and has represented defendants charged with a broad range of criminal offenses. He is a member of the Orange County and British American Bar Associations and the National College for DUI Defense.

A Forensic Criminalist, Toxicologist and State-Certified Forensic Alcohol Supervisor with twenty-five years experience, including tenure with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Crime Laboratory, Mr. Greenberg has testified as an expert witness in 2400 drunk driving cases. He is retained, on a case-by-case basis, as a consultant to the firm in the evaluation of blood, breath and urine evidence and will assure that your lawyer is fully prepared to argue and any all scientific defenses which may be available if you have been charged with DUI.
